Dr. Syma Portrait

About Me

I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human mind—the way we think, interpret, feel and respond.

As a psychologist, systemic therapist and licensed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, I feel privileged to accompany people as they navigate their own journeys of transformation. My practice is grounded in honesty, empathy and genuine human connection. I believe that feeling seen, heard and understood is an essential part of meaningful therapeutic work.

My Approach

My orientation is primarily cognitive-based, which means my sessions are conversational, pragmatic and focused on the present.

Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs and interpretations that may be shaping your experience. During the assessment process, we establish clear therapeutic goals and collaboratively identify approaches that are meaningful and practical for you. My intention is not simply to help you understand what is happening, but to help you develop the insight and perspective needed to respond differently.

A Note For You

A NOTE FROM Dr. SYMA

Therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It is about understanding yourself more deeply, questioning what no longer serves you, and creating the freedom to respond differently.

Real change begins within.
